Associate Dentist Opportunity | Middletown, OH (Minutes from I-75)

We’re hiring an Associate Dentist for our Middletown, Ohio practice, ideally located between Dayton and Cincinnati and just minutes from I-75. This is a busy, well-established practice with strong patient demand, a supportive team, and the tools you need to do great dentistry from day one.

• 40 new patients per month

Who we’re looking for 

Ideal fit: 

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a high-volume environment  

• Confident providing a full scope of comprehensive dentistry  

• Interested in joining a practice with strong fundamentals and momentum

You’ll be working with: 

• Rotary endo system  

• iTero scanner  

• Panorex  

• Digital imaging  

• Paperless charts  

• Cloud-based practice software  

Practice environment 

• 9 operatories  

• 13 total team members  

• Payor mix: 60% PPO / 40% FFS  

• No DMO. No Medicaid.  

• Bright, spacious office with well-maintained equipment and a large break room
