A clinic in a beautiful location North of Santa Rosa, CA is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Counselor to join their team. Details are listed below!

Pay: $44.00 - $49.00/hour

Behavioral Health Counselor Opportunity:

• Must be comfortable treating children
  
• Remote position
  
• To be able to assess the clients need for Therapy.
  
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and programs and make appropriate referrals as required for both BH and SUD Services
  
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and programs and make appropriate referrals as required.
  
• Coordinate all aspects of your client’s treatment and provide ongoing counseling.
  

Behavioral Health Counselor Qualifications:

• The Behavioral Health Counselor must possess a current and active license as an LCSW or MFT to practice counseling in the State of California or be a registered LCSW/MFCC intern with the California Board of Behavioral Science Examiners.
  
• Must be aware of the State and Federal regulations regarding confidentiality and release of Medical and Behavioral Health information.
  
• Must be aware of current reporting laws concerning sexual, physical or emotional abuse of a minor or adult, and current laws pertaining to therapists.
