Guaranteed Income While Training What You’ll Do * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service * Determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions and actively listening * Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives * Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring understanding of vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, performance, and results * Stay knowledgeable on incoming inventory, features, and accessories * Coordinate with the service department and body shop to ensure vehicles are reconditioned on schedule * Attend sales meetings and manufacturer training sessions * Maintain prospect development and customer follow-up systems * Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance to improve efficiency and results * Understand automotive sales terminology and stay current with technology and product changes * Comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing vehicle sales * Introduce customers to service department personnel to reinforce long-term service relationships * Follow all company safety policies and immediately report any accidents or incidents Qualifications * Automotive sales experience is NOT required * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn * Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, financial services, or related fields is a plus * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record * Ability to pass a drug screen and background check What We Offer * Guaranteed income during training * $60,000 – $150,000+ first-year earning potential * Access to inventory across sister stores, including over 1,000 used vehicles * Five-day work week * Closed Sundays with flexibility for early days off * Bonus and incentive programs, including employee vehicle purchase and lease programs * Active prospecting and follow-up support to help grow your business * Competitive starting wage * Full training with an experienced mentor * Strong, supportive management team * Career growth opportunities across multiple dealerships Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Short- and Long-Term Disability * 401(k) * Free Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Employee and partner business discounts We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination or harassment of any kind.
