Core Position Details

• Operational area includes the Eastern Seaboard region
• Average weekly distance of 2500 miles 
• Zero cargo handling required as all freight is no-touch 
• Bi-weekly home time schedule with 48 hours off 
• Option for daytime or nocturnal driving shifts

Specific Path for CDL-A Graduates 

• Direct access to a professional mentor-led training circuit 
• Paid education period lasting from 4 to 6 weeks
• Weekly compensation of 650 USD during the learning phase 
• Structured transition to independent regional driving
• Requirement of 120 plus hours of certified academy training

Financial and Equipment Package

• Pay scale for experienced personnel ranges from 0.55 to 0.65 CPM
• Expected gross earnings between 1200 and 1400 USD weekly
• Orientation attendance payment of 300 USD 
• Additional 15 USD provided for every stop on the route
• Late-model tractors assigned to individual drivers
• Pet and passenger authorization available after orientation
