As our  Cow Mascot , you’ll play a big role in making those moments happen. This is the perfect role for someone who loves to perform, connect with people, and have a little fun while spreading kindness and laughter.

You’ll represent a well-loved and recognizable character that brings joy to guests of all ages—both in the restaurant and out in the community. Whether you’re high-fiving kids in the dining room, waving at cars in the drive-thru, or dancing at a local school event, your job is to make every moment count. Through playful gestures and cheerful energy, you’ll help create memories that stick with people long after they leave.

This role is part of our Hospitality and Marketing Team, where every team member contributes to creating a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Wear the Chick-fil-A Cow costume and perform at the restaurant, community events, and local partnerships
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and charm—especially children and families
• Pose for photos, wave at cars, and interact with guests in creative, friendly ways
• Appear at marketing events, school visits, and family-friendly activities
• Maintain and care for the Cow costume (including proper cleaning and storage)
• Work closely with the Marketing Director and leadership team to coordinate appearances

-Appearances can look like four to five 1 hour events/month. A flexible schedule is preferred. 

• Assist with hospitality tasks when not in costume (optional)

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, playful, and positive personality
• Comfortable being animated and expressive without speaking
• Able to wear a full-body costume for up to 30 minutes at a time (with breaks)
• Enjoys being around people and spreading joy
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Height between 5’6”–6’0” preferred (for costume fit)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
