Dynamic Day Hostess at Rocky River Brewing Company!

As a Day Hostess, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Enjoy working with a fun team while learning valuable skills in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to tables.
• Seating Management: Strategically seating guests to balance table load among servers, ensuring efficient service.
• Reservations & Inquiries: Managing booking systems, answering phone calls, and addressing customer questions.
• Menu Management: Presenting menus, answering initial questions, and ensuring menus are clean and available.
• Front-of-House Maintenance: Keeping the reception area and entrance clean and tidy.
• To-Gos: Dealing with to-gos and food delivery orders
• Support Roles: Assisting waitstaff with cleaning tables, setting up for service, or filling water when needed.
