Job Description

Salary: $145,000 - 231,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• 8 years of relevant experience; including 3 years in a leadership role

• Establishes departmental goals, strategies, and standards in line with the organizations mission and values.
• Oversees and assesses departmental operations, focusing on technology, service levels, and complaint resolution to meet performance benchmarks and ensure quality control.
• Manages staffing processes including recruitment, orientation, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and ongoing education programs.
• Prepares and tracks departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with allocated funding; coordinates both internal and external audits.
• Requires the ability to think critically, make decisive judgments, and work independently in a fast-paced environment while taking appropriate actions.
