Job Description

Your Role & Responsibilities

Mandarin Speaking , Reading & Writting - Mandatory

  • Develop visual designs and graphics for digital usage, including but not limited to social media graphics, email newsletters, web pages, e-brochures, presentations.

  • Collaborate with product team members to conceptualize and create engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand, message, and products or services.

  • Create designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for target audiences and channels.

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and ensure that designs are completed on time and within budget.

  • Work with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, as needed to deliver high-quality designs.

  • Keep up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and tools, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology infrastructure meets business needs.

  • Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines, design principles, and legal requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and experience with various design software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience designing for digital channels, and knowledge of design best practices for each.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to meet business goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
