Venture Smarter is seeking a skilled, tech-savvy **Helpdesk Technician** to join our remote IT support team. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware/software problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for internal and external clients.
* Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, or email
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Guide users through step-by-step solutions and system navigation
* Log, track, and resolve support tickets accurately
* Escalate advanced technical issues to higher-level support when needed
* Maintain documentation, system updates, and support records
* Ensure timely resolution of technical requests
* Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting (preferred)
* Strong understanding of computers, software, and basic networking
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
* Reliable internet connection and a stable home workspace
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus
**$650 – $1,000 USD per month**, depending on experience and technical skill level
