Bonus Program:
Restaurant General Managers are eligible for a performance-based bonus program, with payouts issued regularly based on the restaurant’s results and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall restaurant profitability by maintaining strong control over cash handling, inventory, labor, and operational expenses
• Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to improve performance
• Lead recruitment efforts including interviewing and hiring team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers
• Train, coach, and develop staff to ensure operational excellence and high performance
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels
• Ensure the restaurant environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through quality service and products

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant, retail, or food service environment, preferably in a quick service restaurant (QSR) setting
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy items
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and maneuvering in tight spaces while operating equipment
