INCOME:
This position is commission only.  The money you make will be equal to the effort you put into it. Real Estate isn’t the industry you get in and out of the next year.  It is for people that are looking for a lifetime income.  We won’t promise you the moon and give you unrealistic expectations. A career in Real Estate takes time to build.  We will teach you how to do just that, build your career.

• 1st-year associates generally earn $50K-$60K
• 2nd -year associates generally earn $100k-$120K +

Management opportunities abound! The average amount of time it takes to move into a management role is ONLY between 3-5 years.

Who we're looking for:

• Someone who's eager to train a nd learn our model
• Someone that understands the importance of consistency.  
• We'll teach you everything you need to know; all you need to do is apply and learn!

What is required:

• Real Estate License (Click here for a 40% discount on Real Estate classes)
• Ability to obtain the NMLS (within 6 months, if state-required)
• Honesty, Integrity, and an Entrepreneurial Spirit.
• Coachable and Self-Motivated
• Leadership skills
