Community Care Rx (CCRx) is looking for high energy, results-oriented Medical Administration Record Specialist. The candidate will primarily be responsible for reviewing and updating medical Records.
Job Responsibilities:
· Review and checking all patient profiles before printing and distributing MAR to facility
· Correcting profiles
· Typing Prescriptions
· Double checking with pharmacist and facilities if there are any errors on patient profiles to ensure accuracy
· Assisting with any transitions by entering patients into the system
· Updating any MARS information as facility, doctor and patient see fit
· Making sure MARS are delivered on time (sent out by monthly deadlines)
· Communicating with facilities of any changes and answering phones calls and internal questions
