Job Description

Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; three years work experience, associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities Include but is not limited to:

• Manage day to day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and supply procurement
• respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding administrative matters.
• Proficient in utilizing various media platforms to enhance and support internal/external building communications.
• Coordinate and update schedules, calendars, meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate student and staff records ensuring data integrity which may include the utilization of federal, state, district and school databases, systems and applications.

Salary Range for 25-26 SY: $21.24 (step 1) - $22.36 (step 4); Salary Range for 26-27 SY TBD as of 4/10/26.
