Job Description

As a Project Manager at Pierce Technology Corp, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects that align with company goals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes while managing resources, budgets, and timelines. Your role involves utilizing project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings to set expectations and timelines; communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate resources, develop budgets, and allocate tasks amongst team members to meet project demands.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Report project status, outcomes, and success metrics to senior management, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and identify areas for future enhancement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field; project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
