Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for transmission and substation upgrade projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Oversee contract management, including vendor coordination and compliance
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and utility stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Utilize Primavera for scheduling, tracking, and performance reporting

Skills:

• Project management tools and methodologies (PMP or CAPM required)
• Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking
• Utility industry project management (transmission & substation projects)
• Contract management and vendor oversight
• Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
• Risk management and issue resolution
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of construction and utility regulatory standards

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors
