Compensation Range: $100,000-125,000

Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to lead large-scale technical infrastructure and network deployment projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple phases
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Lead client calls and provide clear, concise updates and documentation
• Track billing, invoicing, and financial performance of projects
• Utilize PM tools to manage schedules, resources, and reporting
• Ensure successful deployment of physical networking and server hardware

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 5–10 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects
  • Experience with telecom or network infrastructure projects (network builds/deployments)
  • Strong background working with physical networking or server hardware
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets ($10MM per phase)
  • Hands-on project management style (execution-focused, not just facilitation)
  • Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira)
  • Billing and invoicing experience
  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead client calls and provide detailed follow-up documentation
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience working with government or highly structured environments
  • Background with traditional telecom organizations or legacy infrastructure environments
