**Key Responsibilities**
* Create professional real estate marketing materials including flyers, property brochures, and listing graphics
* Design marketing content using **Canva** for social media, email campaigns, and property promotions
* Update and manage the company **WordPress** website, including adding listings, images, and content updates
* Schedule and publish social media posts using **eClincher**
* Produce and edit **property videos** for listings and marketing campaigns
* Edit and prepare **podcast episodes**, including basic video/audio editing and preparing clips for distribution
* Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials
* Assist with uploading and organizing marketing assets (photos, videos, listing materials)
**Required Skills**
