Your Impact as a Receptionist In this role, you will: * Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism. * Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department. * Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed. * Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner. * Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages. * Process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries. * Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed. * Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who: * Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Has experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer. * Presents a professional demeanor and polished appearance. * Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Possesses strong organizational and administrative skills. * Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use. * Has familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners).
