Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and contribute to individualized care planning
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with established healthcare standards
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions
• Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians and care teams
• Support rehabilitation, recovery, and ongoing patient wellbeing

Care Coordination

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Act as a key point of coordination between patients, physicians, and support departments
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation, charting, and medication records

Quality & Safety

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Follow infection control, clinical compliance, and healthcare safety procedures
• Ensure ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing practice at all times

Leadership & Team Support

• Assist in supervising and supporting nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and positive patient experiences
• Contribute to a respectful and collaborative healthcare environment

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Passed the NCLEX-RN examination
• Active RN license or eligibility for nursing registration in the United States
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent nursing qualification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Professional nursing resume/CV
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• New York State RN License or eligibility
• Previous hospital or clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, or specialty nursing
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
