General Manager – World-Famous Burger Icon

Location: Gainesville, FL Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role with one of the most recognizable brands on the planet. We are looking for a powerhouse General Manager to take the reins of our Gainesville operations.

In this town, we don't just serve burgers; we fuel the Gator Nation. We need a "CEO-minded" leader who can handle massive volume, maintain "audit-ready" standards, and lead a large, diverse team to victory every single shift.

The Role: What You'll Do

You are responsible for the total success of the restaurant. You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the growth of your people.

  • Drive the Rush: Manage high-volume dayparts with a focus on "Gold Standard" speed-of-service and order accuracy.
  • Master the P&L: Take full accountability for food costs, labor optimization, and inventory. You'll analyze weekly data to ensure the store is running at peak profitability.
  • Develop a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a crew of 40+. Your goal is to build a deep bench of Shift Leads and Assistant Managers ready for their next step.
  • Guard the Brand: Ensure 100% compliance with global food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Guest Obsession: Proactively resolve guest feedback and ensure every customer leaves with a reason to come back.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Burger/Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
  • The "Hustle" Factor: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead from the front—you're on the floor when the rush hits.
  • Financial Savvy: Strong ability to interpret P&L data and implement course corrections to hit aggressive labor and COGS targets.
  • Leadership Style: A passion for coaching and a commitment to holding your team to the highest professional standards.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
