Security Operations Manager

Connecticut

We are supporting the search for a Security Integration Operations Manager for our clients Connecticut location that is strengthening operations across install, service, dispatch, and customer communication. This role is for someone who already understands the security industry and has run install or service teams close enough to know where work breaks down and thrives. The branch needs one clear source of operational truth, someone who can keep technicians aligned, customers informed, and the GM out of issues that should be handled before they escalate.

What You Get to Do

  • Own daily coordination across security installation, service, scheduling, and dispatch.
  • Make sure install and service teams have the information, materials, schedules, and customer context they need to execute.
  • Serve as a central point of operational communication so customers, technicians, sales, and leadership are not working from different silos.
  • Communicate proactively with clients on project status, service needs, delays, schedule changes, and next steps.
  • Manage field technicians and hold them accountable to clear priorities, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Continuously improve communication with large existing accounts.
  • Support the sales team by making sure sold work is handed off cleanly and delivered professionally.
  • Look for practical ways to tighten scheduling, dispatch, customer updates, and internal handoffs.
  • Work directly with the GM to elevate operations and build a more reliable branch rhythm.

What You Have Already Done

  • Worked in the security industry in an install, service, operations, project, or field leadership role.
  • Managed technicians or coordinated field teams in security installation or service.
  • Owned scheduling, dispatch, service coordination, project coordination, or customer communication in a field-based environment.
  • Been trusted by customers because you communicate early, clearly, and accurately.
  • Helped install and service teams stay organized when priorities compete and schedules change.
  • Worked across departments instead of staying in a narrow lane.
  • Solved operational problems before they became GM-level escalations.
  • Built credibility with both field technicians and customers through follow-through.
