Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager at Hueman, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of a team that provides recruitment marketing and employer branding support to our RPO client accounts.

This is a critical role in our business. You will be responsible for leading account management across our client portfolio, ensuring each account receives the appropriate level of strategic and executional marketing support. You will oversee a team of account managers and execution specialists, serving as the primary bridge between strategy, client relationships, and delivery.

We are looking for a marketing professional with strong account management experience, excellent leadership instincts, and a solid foundation in marketing. If you have experience managing teams and client relationships in an agency or in-house shared services environment, this role could be a strong fit.

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will report to Hueman's Director of Talent Marketing and work closely with execution specialists and account managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Oversight

  • Serve as the account management lead across the client portfolio, overseeing the daily client account management team
  • Lead and develop the account management layer, providing clear direction, workload management, and performance coaching
  • Ensure each account receives the appropriate level of marketing support aligned to its scope and strategic demand
  • Act as the escalation point for account managers when client needs exceed standard scope or require strategic input
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal operational leaders across client accounts, ensuring marketing and recruitment goals are aligned
  • Oversee consistent cadence of business reviews, planning sessions, and communications with internal client contacts
  • Partner with the Director of Talent Marketing to route execution requests to the appropriate marketing specialist
  • Engage with key clients as needed

Project & Delivery Management

  • Oversee the project management of all active account deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are maintained
  • Oversee account-level budget tracking, managed by individual Account Managers, to provide regular reporting on spend and campaign performance to internal stakeholders
  • Support the onboarding and marketing implementation of new RPO accounts, coordinating resources and establishing the appropriate marketing cadence from launch
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows, reduce handoff friction, and increase team throughput

Strategic Collaboration

  • Support Director of Talent Marketing in translating marketing and employer branding strategies into actionable account plans and executional workflows
  • Provide input on the evolution of Hueman's recruitment marketing service model, contributing operational perspective to strategy development
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, job advertising platforms, and digital tools to ensure client accounts benefit from best-in-class practices

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management or account leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering results across varied scope levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to and building relationships with senior operational stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage competing priorities across a team, maintain quality, and keep delivery on track
  • Solid understanding of recruitment marketing channels and tactics, including job advertising (PPC, niche boards), content and social media, email campaigns, employer branding, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to read and act on performance data; comfortable reviewing campaign reporting, identifying trends, and making optimization recommendations
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports with a coaching-oriented leadership style
  • Familiarity with design software such as Adobe or Canva is a plus
