Structural MIG Fabrication Welder

You clock in at the shop in Madill, OK, greet your crew, and check the day’s build list. Steel frames and trailer assemblies are staged and ready. You dial in your MIG settings, run a clean bead, and double-check every joint for accuracy and strength. By the afternoon, parts are ground, cleaned, and prepped, and your team hits production goals—again.

Role Snapshot

• Location: Madill, OK
• Pay: Starting at $17+/hour, depending on weld test results
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Full time, 40+ hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on steel frames, parts, and trailer assemblies
• Set up welding equipment and confirm proper parameters for each job
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
• Grind, clean, and prep materials as needed
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets

What You Bring

• Hands-on MIG welding experience
• Background in fabrication welding; MIG preferred
• No certification required—proven experience matters
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
