Ticket Office Assistants are the face of the center. They assist patrons with ticket purchases, will call and ticket pick up, account questions, and general FAQs about the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.
The ideal candidate would be someone who had excellent communcation skills, have the ability to solve problems in a fast paced enviroment, the ability to enter data in a tecnical system and feels comfortable with a computer.
Hourly rate: $15 - $16.
Schedule expectations:
Nights and weekends are often required.
Immediate need is for help in the month of May, Monday - Friday, noon - 6 p.m. with some evenings. Limited hours in the month of June.
July, Monday - Friday noon - 5 p.m. with some evenings/weekends. August noon - 5 p.m. with some evenings/weekends.
