Overview
NICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Level III NICU | West Chester, PA, United States | Start 04/30/2026 | 12-week travel assignment | $2,226–$2,274 per week | 36 guaranteed hours per week | Three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am). Work in a NICU unit delivering Level III care, CPAP and ventilator support, and developmental care for very premature infants.

- Unit profile: Level III NICU with 14 licensed beds; census varies; approximately 50 nurses; multi-disciplinary support (PT, nutritionist, speech therapist, social work)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care for neonates in a Level III NICU, including complex respiratory support
- Monitor infant status, manage ventilation and CPAP, administer medications, and care for UVC lines
- Collaborate with the neonatology team, participate in rounds, and document assessments and care plans
- Support developmental care and family engagement, ensuring infant safety and comfort
- Respond to clinical changes, escalate concerns, and assist with deliveries when needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to policies and infection control procedures

Requirements
- Education: BSN
- Certification: NRP certification required
- Experience: 2–3 years of Level III NICU experience
- Environment: Ability to work in a NICU setting with Level III care
- Additional notes: On-site standby process exists (if census fluctuates, standby nurses may be deployed within 1 hour; current plan does not include on-call shifts)
