Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, Industrial Design, or a related research field (Graduate degree preferred)
• Over 4 years of experience performing qualitative UX research and usability studies
• Demonstrated track record of executing rapid, ongoing research with quick turnaround
• Capability to independently lead research with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adhere to strict timelines
• Experience presenting research findings to both cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across UX, Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams
• Strong user advocacy mindset, informed by actual user behavior

• Direct and manage a continuous usability research initiative focused on new user onboarding
• Organize, facilitate, and synthesize weekly usability research sessions with new users
• Independently moderate remote usability studies from start to finish
• Collaborate with Product, UX Design, Engineering, QA, and Data teams to uncover insights
• Convey clear and actionable findings to senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Track and organize insights to aid in prioritization and decision-making
• Recruit participants for research and oversee logistics for remote and in-person sessions
• Conduct occasional in-person research sessions on-site in South Jordan, UT
