Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Finance Assistants: Support Accounting and Finance departments across Accounts Payable and Receivable, financial data entry, processing checks, and general finance duties.
  • Accounting and Finance Coordinator: Perform compliance and gatekeeper duties by managing the administrative side to accounting and finance departments including sending bills, depositing checks, and data entry.
  • Nonprofit & Association Accounting and Finance Assistant: Undertake annual membership due process, send and receive bills, perform collections, update contracts, and enter data into software.
  • Bookkeeper: Meticulously manage records, day-to-day financial transactions, and ensure accuracy by managing accounts payable/receivable, processing payroll, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Administrative Assistant: Provide indispensable support to your team by managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and planning events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background. A minimum of one (1) year of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.
  • Digitally Fluent. You are a proficient to advance in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, and/or Sage Intacct, and Excel.
