Warehouse Packer

This is a simple, hands-on packing position on a 12?hour night shift following a 2?2?3 schedule, working roughly 15 days per month. You’ll pack product, check for quality issues, follow labels, and help keep the work area clean and safe. Training provided.

Warehouse Packer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Third Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)

Working 3-4 days/week 6pm to 6am

(One week: MTuFSa Next week: SuWTh). This is a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off rotation)

• Visually inspect product, pack bags into cases, and identify, report, and manage quality issues
• Set up and weight scales for bag, bulk, and/or tote weights
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Perform startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures
• Stack pallets safely and efficiently and operate pallet jacks as required.

Warehouse Packer Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and work entire 12 hour shift
• MUST have steel toe boots or shoes
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Basic math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
