Lucasan Marketing is seeking dependable and motivated Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to assist with high-volume package deliveries. This opportunity is ideal for self-driven individuals who enjoy working independently, managing their own schedule efficiently, and earning performance-based compensation.

Contractors will use their own vehicle to complete local package deliveries while maintaining professional customer service and reliable route completion.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity and not a W-2 employee position.

Compensation

Contractor Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and efficiently
• Use personal vehicle for daily delivery routes

• Operate professionally and safely at all times
• Complete deliveries within expected timeframes
• Provide courteous customer service during deliveries

Vehicle Requirements

Contractors must provide:

• Personal vehicle suitable for package delivery
• Valid driver’s license
• Active automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation capable of handling delivery volume

Preferred vehicles include:

• Larger hatchbacks

Smaller sedans may have limited route eligibility depending on package volume.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable driving for extended periods
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Smartphone proficiency required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Delivery, courier, gig economy, or logistics experience preferred but not required
