Job Description

Salary: $40,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum of 2 years of help desk or PC repair experience.
• We prefer applicants with Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 support background and onsite client service experience.
• We require A+ certification or an equivalent credential; additional certifications are a plus.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• We look for experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 2008, Exchange 2010, and other current Microsoft applications.
• We require basic LAN configuration knowledge and some routing experience.
• We value project coordination skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• We prefer candidates who are comfortable commuting to our Houston, TX 77056 location and relocating before starting if needed.

• We provide remote desktop support and assist clients both remotely and on-site.
• We serve multiple clients each day, responding to service requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• We diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
• We make system changes and adjustments as needed to keep client environments running smoothly.
• We recommend hardware purchases and suggest improvements to enhance system performance.
• We help create, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures.
• We collaborate with vendor representatives to identify issues, correct malfunctions, and support system enhancements.
• We respond to difficult inquiries and complaints while helping reduce downtime and restore service quickly.
• We monitor vendor activity, handle emergency response situations, and perform scheduled or as-needed maintenance outside regular hours.
• We assist in defining and administering goals, objectives, and operational procedures for IT support.
