As a Project Manager at TradeStation, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for multiple initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation- Collaborate with project team members to identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership- Ensure project deliverables meet the defined requirements and quality standards- Proactively identify and communicate project roadblocks and work with team members to find solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency- Lead project team meetings, providing clear direction and prioritization to keep the project on track- Conduct project reviews and create lessons learned to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or technology industry- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects and delivering results within budget and on time- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- PMP certification or other project management certifications a plus- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment At TradeStation, we value innovation, teamwork, and a passion for excellence.
