Join the Analytical Operations team to support early-stage biopharmaceutical development through analytical characterization of product quality, purity, and stability. This role utilizes analytical tools to characterize the physical and chemical properties of biopharmaceutical products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing using physiochemical techniques such as U/HPLC, icIEF, CE-SDS, and LC-MS.
  
• Accurately document experimental procedures and results in an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) following ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
  
• Support laboratory operations including reagent management, consumable stocking, waste handling, and equipment upkeep.
  
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and internal quality procedures.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, CE, or LC-MS.
  
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  
• Experience with ELN systems, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of GMP practices preferred.
