Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Spanish Content Coordinator to support our short-form video content and affiliate communication efforts. This role involves reviewing and improving Spanish content, creating engaging TikTok captions, assisting with video direction through B-roll recommendations, and ensuring all content is culturally accurate and aligned with brand messaging.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, understands social media content trends, and is highly organized in following systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Review short-form video content and create engaging TikTok captions in Spanish
• Add B-roll recommendations to Spanish scripts (example: identifying which visuals, book pages, or clips should appear during specific script sections)
• Review Spanish scripts for grammar, clarity, tone, and correct wording
• Create AI-assisted English-to-Spanish script translations while maintaining natural and culturally appropriate language
• Communicate and coordinate with Spanish-speaking affiliates and partners
• Follow SOPs and internal workflows related to content creation and review
• Ensure Spanish content aligns with brand voice and social media best practices
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve Spanish content quality and engagement

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
• Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form video content, and social media trends
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills in Spanish
• Ability to adapt translations naturally rather than translating word-for-word
• Creative eye for video flow and visual storytelling
• Organized and able to follow systems and SOPs accurately
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or translation tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or localization
• Familiarity with TikTok/Reels content structure
• Experience working with affiliates or influencer communication
• Basic understanding of video editing workflows and B-roll planning
