Weekend Answering Service Operators

We are hiring Weekend Temps to support a busy answering service.

This role involves handling inbound calls, taking messages, and providing professional communication for multiple clients.

Weekend Answering Service Operators Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $11.00 to $13.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Friday through Sunday from 07:00am to 11:00pm )

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Take accurate messages and input information into the system.
• Route calls or messages to appropriate contacts.
• Provide basic information to callers when needed.
• Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor at all times.

Weekend Answering Service Operators Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Clear speaking voice and good phone etiquette.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call center or answering service experience.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
